OT - Wow! All USPS mail is scanned and put on internet!
Just Wow! It is a "Brave New World".
Anyone believe in personal privacy?
I just found out my spouse signed up for, and is now
able to go on the internet, and see a picture / scan
of what the mail person is going to be putting
in our mail box today.
Every piece!
Presumably USA nation wide.
And hacking is rarely punished.
And leakers are also rarely punished.
And thieves breaking into mail boxes and stealing
mail, and identity & thieving = rarely punished much.
Do people still believe they have personal privacy?
-------
Also - "Find my phone"
A while back I misplaced my cell phone.
She brings up an "app" / computer application.
Bada bing, bada boom. We know right where it is.
Yes indeed. She can track me if I go to
the book store, or the library, or the club,
or the bar.
--------
Also - fair hunk a while back - Google Maps
knows where I am at. Even down to which room!
-------
So, my new Federally approved for ID driver's license
did, as we were told, come in the mail.
It had my new license / card, and a little envelope / sleeve.
It's label, "Keep the card in it's sleeve when not in use."
On another explanation, "This sleeve shields your card
from any unauthorized Radio Frequency Identification
readers (RFID)."
And many of our debit and credit cards are also vulnerable
to these "readers" ripping off the information.
Do you think you never go near any RFID reader that
you do not know of and approve of?
--------
Do you think your passwords and security are better
than the UK Ambassadors?
Call in 007 to detect and kill the leakers!
